Sure :-)
Go on http://www.opengeospatial.org/ and click on "Member login".
Once logged, click on the "Observer agreement" tab.
Under the "Standard Working Group" section, click on "GeoAPI 3.0 SWG"
and you are done :-). If it is okay for you, once registered, it would
be nice if you can let me know. I would like to start sending emails
about proposal for the next meeting.
