Chris, WRT using your code as the initial starting point, I've fully integrated your changes to the project, and begun using them. My initial thought for the metadata for geospatial raster imagery was to pull the coordinate system as a string, the envelope in that coordinate system as some geometry, then the WGS84 envelope as the same geometry type. My assumption at this point was that this would be a good starting point for the conversation going forward. This led directly to this thread wrt needing some geometry library / classes to encompass the envelopes. If you have other ideas, please let me know.
