Hey Joe, The below makes total sense. My suggestion:
1. Request ASF infra to give us a Review Board instance for SIS at: - http://reviews.apache.org/ A. The method for the request is to file a JIRA request [1] requesting the Review Board to be set up for SIS. 2. While we are waiting for #1, why don't you put up your patch existing right now for SIS-32, so we can take a look. Incremental progress, etc., would make a ton of sense.
