Hmm nope I think it is a new login -- if you don't have one yet, you may
try contacting Gavin or someone on #asfinfra on IRC.freenode.net or by
sending an email to [email protected] or better yet by filing a
ticket here: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA and then assigning
the Confluence - Wiki component to it.
