I also added a brief roadmap on the wiki page. I did not edited the rest
of the page, but I wonder if we should omit the following sections:
SIS: Build-Helper
SIS: IDE-Project
SIS: Javadocs
I think that are rather internal mechanics, except Javadoc which I guess
was intended to be just a link to Javadoc?
If there are no objections I'm happy to be the release manager for 0.3.
