I would said 3 weeks, accounting the fact that I'm not full time on SIS
this week but should be next week. The parser exists for WKT 1 and
should be easy to port since I do not envision major change. But a
little bit more classes need to be ported in
org.apache.sis.referencing.operation before we can port the WKT parser,
especially the ones that describe map projection parameters.
For upgrading the parser to a WKT 2 - capable parser, I'm not sure yet
about the amount of new constructs to support.
