Adam and other, what would peoples prefer for SIS release? Do we delay
about one month for getting at least one new format (candidates are
Shapefile and WKT), or do we release now with what we currently have
(mostly ISO 19115 upgrade, Features and basic Coordinate Reference Systems)?
