Apache SIS has a GeoTIFF reader, but we also need a writer. The writer shall
support BigTIFF. Support for Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF will be added in a second
phase.
One reason for creating our own writer is to support OGC Testbed-19 experiment
for geospatial images in space.
