The following JAR were accidentally compiled with Java 22 instead of
Java 11:
* sis-epsg
* sis-embedded-data
A new Maven staging repository has been created with identical JAR
files, except the above ones which have been recompiled. The new URL is:
<url>https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachesis-1063</url>
I.e., just replace "1062" by "1063" everywhere in yesterday's email.
The files submitted to the vote on
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/sis/1.5/RC4/ are not impacted as
they do not include those two JAR files (because they are optional files
requiring acceptance of EPSG terms of use). Therefore, I think that it
is not necessary to restart a new vote.
