I committed a SIS 1.5-RC5 in the following directory:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/sis/1.5/RC5
The only change compared to RC4 is that the
`org.apache.sis.storage.gdal.jar` file has been deleted from the
`apache-sis-1.5-bin.zip` convenience file, and signatures were
recomputed for this file only. The other files (sources and javadoc),
are identical to RC4: they were copied verbatim, including their
signatures, with `svn copy`.
Since release votes are for source codes and the sources did not
changed, I presume that we do not need to cancel the current vote.
Please let me know if anyone think that we should restart the vote.
