I don't know how to work with big donations like this. Standard for small ones
is for the source files being attached to a JIRA as a licensing of the source.
I think for license cleanup I'd like to do header fixup, but it's something
that IntelliJ IDEA will do trivially

so it shouldn't be a holdup.
maybe once the s=paperwork in, we do a new feature/SLIDER-977 branch, fix up
the code & build and then do the merge in to the main branch once RAT is happy.
