A formal list of things I need from you, [~thw]:
1. Who currently holds the copyright to the KOYA codebase? DataTorrent or the
contributors (yourself, https://github.com/jbnote and
https://github.com/siyuanh)?
2. Do all of the aforementioned contributors desire to stay a part of the
project? If so, we need to confirm they filed CLAs.
3. Please do confirm the source (archive and/or commit) in the previous comment
is what we want to import. It's recommended that we have a non-lazy consensus
vote for adoptions. I'd just like to make sure it's clear exactly what we're
voting to adopt. I can then make the official vote thread for the archives.
