Hi [~fly_in_gis], this looks great, as we are migrating core piece of slider
into YARN,
Would you also like to contribute this to the yarn-native-services(YARN-5079) ?
The major difference in yarn-native-services is that it removed the agent in
Slider and uses YARN nodemanager as agent for localizing resources etc.
This will be a great example to showcase to the Hadoop community! We are very
happy to review your patches and get it in !
