With yarn-native-services, you can create an application by providing an
appConfig.json and resources.json at the command line. Alternatively, you can
post json in a different format to the new REST API. Its current documentation
is attached to YARN-4793 as
20161207-YARN-Simplified-V1-API-Layer-For-Services.pdf.
