Moved to Oak 0.9-SNAPSHOT at revision 1521163, basic repository setup
(http://localhost:8080/.tidy.2.json for example) works provided my OAK-1003 and
OAK-1004 patches are applied.
Many Sling integration tests fails as "curl -D - -u admin:admin -XMKCOL
http://localhost:8080/apps"; fails with "Unable to auto-create value for
/var/jcr:createdBy" at
org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.util.TreeUtil.autoCreateItems(TreeUtil.java:251).
This is due to TreeUtil not getting a userID from Oak's ContentSession. Next
step is to fix the authentication setup to use something better than the
OpenSecurityProvider in OakSlingRepository.
