The org.apache.sling.launchpad.test-services bundle is active if I build with
mvn clean install in
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/sling/whiteboard/bdelacretaz and start the
resulting oak-launchpad/target/org.apache.sling.whiteboard*.jar (tested with a
Java 6 VM, java version "1.6.0_51")
