[~olli] We used a thread pool in eventing before we had the thread pool module,
so the internal EventingThreadPool is still there to get this old configuration
and then use a thread pool with that configuration from the thread pool manager.
As the bundle runs with newer versions of commons threads, the reason of not
updating is simply to run with older versions
