Updated the aggregate features mojo as well in 58d511d
The difference are now:
* The configuration for the contents of an aggregate are introduced with
"<aggregates>" (instead of <features>)
* The classifier for the aggregate is now "aggregateClassifier" (instead of
just "classifier")
* The configuration for a directory now only contains includes and excludes,
these are based on the globally configured features directory
