The data dump deadline on the Solr ref branch is just about here as well. Learned a lot. Tried a lot. Seen a lot. Redid a lot, threw away a lot, turned upside down and inside out a lot.
I can 10-100x these Solr tests. Do the same to performance and stability. Do this. Do that. Plenty of interest in those things. But there is really only one interest I came out with ...
