I don't think we need an official VOTE for this, but can work with lazy
consensus and implement at the end of this week if there are no relevant
objections.
I have asked on slack #asfinfra whether Apache has anything set up for
cloaks. That does exist for freenode. A /whois for me on freenode
includes the following:
12:29 -!- apache/committer/elyograg is now your hidden host (set by
services.)
19:46 -!- elyograg [~elyograg@apache/committer/elyograg]
Now I have to re-learn how to configure irssi. :) I have registered the
'elyograg' nick on libera.
