+1 and if you give me more or less 1-week we'll be able to push also Function Queries for vector similarity to be used with Solr Learning To Rank. So if we get also Lucene 9.7, only considering Neural Search with 9.3 we get:
- 1 byte and 4 bytes vector element encoding support - Support for high dimensionality (> 1024 dimensions) - Panama Java APi vector search speeds up - Learning to Rank features that may use vector similarity If we add the work you've presented at Berlin Buzzwords + all the rest of our contributions, it is definitely super cool for just one release!
