I would also like to provide my support for this release. Specifically I
would like to help if there are any issues with the dependency management
(due to the migration to Gradle's version catalog in Solr 10) or with
building a release for the new UI (additional configuration may be needed
for building release artifacts for the new UI).

I would also be interested to release a build of the new UI as a JVM app,
if that could be also distributed with the release files?

And do we have to add any documentation in our ref-guide to share a few
words about the new UI?
