hi all, I've been exploring implementing RRF using streaming expressions and found that the missing piece of the puzzle was a fullOuterJoin function. So I've made one based on leftOuterJoin in https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/3676 - would love to get folks' thoughts on that please!
