Hi David, I’ve submitted an update with the book cover image, as I didn’t realize that book cover previews were already in use on the page. I believe I overlooked this because the GitHub Markdown parser does not render them to HTML while it renders the text successfully. I have now added a file of the same size as the others and made the necessary adjustments to the Markdown.
