I think one of the most interesting aspects of the AI stuff is that the prompts we use become an artifact that we would want to preserve for the future. I could imagine that having a section in the PR template that is "Record your prompt" would be useful for reviewers and for future people looking back at code changes. Plus we would all learn from each other.
Secondly, I think I'd love to see us adopt a `CLAUDE.md` or whatever the new generic file is where we document all the unwritten standards that exist in Solr's code base.
