Hey Jason,
I have run into an issue with my Confluence account and unable to login or
reset password. While I iron that out, can you please add an item on my
behalf to discuss release of Solr 9.11 ?
I think it is important for index upgradability support and certain
important vector search enhancements. I don't know if non-PMC members can
be release managers, but if it comes down to bandwidth issues, I am happy
to be the release manager for it.

Thanks,
Rahul
