Committed a workaround for the QEmu crashes in https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/4940, let's see if it gets more stable.
On the missing builds@ emails. One can have Github send emails for failed GH workflows by adding a line to .asf.yaml notifications: jobs: [email protected] But it cannot be scoped only to the nightly docker build run, it will be for all failing worflow runs including PRs. This might be a blocker as it would add appx 70 emails per week to builds, most of which we don't want emails for.
