actually, I missed something; that patch didn't take care of one of the edge
conditions, namely when trusted_networks is unset, internal_networks is
documented to be used instead. This version now does. It also fixes spf.t to
disable the two failing tests, since they are now obsoleted by this patch
(since that test case is now in error).
