It looks like the update *does* need to allow loadplugin lines, after all,
otherwise (a) half of the scoreset that has been moved into plugins stops
working, causing (b) lint failures. At least, *some* loadplugin lines --
perhaps the contents of the v320.pre file, or using a whitelist in the
update-generation backend.
