in 3.1, the subject headers (all of them) are marked up, or in report_safe mode
the one copied to the header will be marked up.
your mail works fine for me through "spamassassin". Since the mail indicates
you're using Amavis, I have to assume it's what's doing the markup.
If this is still a problem, please include the original (not marked up) mail and
the output from running that mail through "spamassassin".
