Hi,
I've installed SpamAssassin 3.1.7 on a FreeBSD machine (VM, actually) and it
sometimes, from time to time, will run my local rules.
I know it isn't running them all the time, because I put a rule in that
should always be hit, or at least nearly always...
header CP_TCC_DUNGEON_TEST ToCc =~ /./
score CP_TCC_DUNGEON_TEST 0.001
If there is one char in the 'to' or cc field, then it should add 0.001.. And
running Spamc < file (anyfile with a To: line)
Or running Spamassassin works just fine.
However, out of 3,000 rejected messages (SPAM) over the last day NONE of them
have had this header added (grep CP_ * in the output directory)
However, a while ago, when I had the rules named 'THUT_xx' it ran for a while.
I've HUP'ed the process and even rebooted the machine... No luck.
I even created a symlink from /etc/mail/spamassassin to
/usr/local/etc/mail/spamassassin.
