The TCP issues were caused by our ISP's anti-DoS mitigation hardware, it was injecting the TC bit which made the client's resolver fail over to TCP which was then blocked. To our ISP we looked like a DDoS sync. For testing DOB please understand the following...the hit rates will change depending on the day. The DOB lists domains that are less than 6 days old on com/net/biz/org/info/us If you test it with URIs in the spam that are using domains/ip that are related to domains < 6 days old you will have a completely different hit rate than testing against domains that are > than 5 days old. the page for DOB is at http://support-intelligence.com/dob/ its lacking some detail, which we will add to a FAQ.
