This seems to be unfixed, tested with 3.3 SVN.

Also may I propose that :addr should make some more sanitations to return an
actual email address from noise if possible.

"From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ..."

For example Outlook will parse this and reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED] So an 
obfuscated
header might bypass rules using :addr.
