I've passed this on the DBL team (<[email protected]>) but I'm not sure I
understand it, delphij.net is not on the DBL...

http://www.spamhaus.org/query/dbl?domain=delphij.net

What is the 129.206.32.114? Is that a query sent to the DBL? (If so it will
return 127.0.1.255 of course).

I'll forward what the team says (or ask them to mail you direct with any
question).
