This bug is in NetAddr::IP from looking at make test.  Something in bigint.t is
showing major issues.  This is not an SA problem.(In reply to comment #11)

This bug is in NetAddr::IP or a related module from looking at make test. 
Something in bigint.t is showing major issues.  This is not an SA problem.  

Based on the bigint issue and this report, you might try looking into the
Math::BigInt module and see if you can fix it that way based on this info:

You might also try and open a bug about the issue/comment on the bug above that
you are seeing the same issue in your environment.
