Great, thanks for the information and the push.

Anyway, it remains to be seen if this module's bug is just a red herring.
Like I said, the SpamAssassin (3.4/trunk) on our host seems to be unaffected
by this bug. I'm beginning to think that Duncan is affected by some other
problem.

Still waiting for Duncan to answer the question:

Btw, the message:
  netset: cannot include 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1/128 as it has already been included
is just an informational warning. By itself it shouldn't be causing a failure.

Perhaps it's time to see a debugging output when it starts to
'prevent SA from marking emails as spam'.
