Webmail servers typically sit behind their MTA servers and use trusted network
to send mail via the MTA.  There isn't a way in services like Zimbra to
configure webmail to produce smtp auth headers into webmail messages.  Nor
should they because smtp auth did not occur.  The Webmail server is a Trusted
sender of mail.

What do you recommend we do?
