Ok, let me put it this way: I'd publish the RC2 as it is and let people
play with it for few days, hoping for some feedback. Quite possibly some
other small issue will pop up so we'd have to fix it and prepare a next
RC for the final release. I'd consider the Bug 6945 as one of such issues.

If it turns out that everybody will be happy with RC2 as it is,
then Bug 6945 can be retargetted to 3.4.1 and I won't complain.
It won't be the only thing calling for an eventual fix, we just
have to make a cut somewhere, otherwise the release will never
happen.

Apparently I forgot that most RelayCountry.pm already got support
for Geo::IP->GEOIP_COUNTRY_EDITION_V6.  Please disregard.
