I've made some grooming around version 1.4.7 on the JIRA, regenerated the
release notes, updated the CHANGELOG file, and pushed the changes to the apache
git repository.
After a double check now it seems to be consistent to me. Could you please
double check this on your side too, and let me know if you agree with me to
build the first RC?
Could you please also tell me if you still have concerns around the version
1.4.7?
