@revans2 @harshach @ptgoetz upmerged to master one more time and this time
it took me a lot longer due to my own changes (rolling upgrade support and run
as user support). I would like to mention that since last 3-4 commits I have
only tested locally by running mvn clean install and running wordcount
topology. Given the number of changes, I will try to re-test the HA test cases
and rolling upgrade test cases one more time in my vagrant setup and update the
PR.
