I feel we are about ready to do a 1.0 release.
The only JIRA left on the list
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STORM/Storm+Release+1.0) is
STORM-1371. I would also like to see STORM-1202 go in.

only shows 3 blockers. we should review them, but they don't look like real
blockers to me.
Are we missing anything? If not as soon as STORM-1371 and STORM-1202 I will
create a 1.0 branch and we can start work on stabilizing 1.0 enough to release,
and in parallel start the JStorm migration work.
