[Discuss] Release Storm 1.2.0

Hi,

Looks like we are only waiting on 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-2546 . 

Are there any other issues which are blockers for Storm 1.2.0? Would be great 
to see the 1.2.0 release out soon as it has a lot of critical fixes.
