@revans2 , UTs for the storm-client module were fixed (including
JCQueueTest). They run cleanly for me. Are you seeing them fail in your local
setup ?
**Rebasing:** Due to the length of the review cycle this PR needed and the
need for a stable point for perf runs, I avoided keeping up to date with latest
master, so far. Planning to address all review comments first. There are around
300 commits on master to catch up on right now. Will take me a week I think to
rebase.
