Could you please let me know in 4.0.0 release which modules have been setup as 
apt-get install and non-apt-ge installs. Is it only mysql?

I'm only guessing here, but:

- mysql is easier to install with distribution packages (e.g. apt-get install 
mysql)
- Oracle JDK is required, but this can't be installed from the distribution 
packages
