In [1] it was mentioned that the CLI command and the REST API resource to
remove a tenant will be removed. However, this is still there in the code base.
It will be good to remove it so that wiki is up to date with the code base. If
this is not removed from the code base due to some reason, please notify me so
that I can add this content back to the wiki.
