Stratos does not load the latest configurations for already deployed
applications when deployed policies/artifacts are modified.
Updating network partition definition did not take effect until application and
cartridge were re-deployed.
Updating Puppet hostname and IP (in cartridge-config.properties) did not take
effect after restarting Stratos until application and cartridge were
re-deployed.
