Jason, have you had any thoughts about how you would package stratos?

I started a thread on this topic a while back [1] but haven't had much
thought on the topic since then.

At the time I was thinking that I would first package carbon as a
deb/rpm and then package features (lb, cc, etc) as deb/rpm packages
that have a dependency on the carbon package.
