We have now done the following actions and started a maven release: - Removed the parameterized jclouds artifact version from referring pom.xml files and added the jclouds version as text since maven release plugin failed to update it. - Temporarily removed the 4.0.0-incubating-rc1 tag to be created by the maven release plugin once artifacts are deployed to the staging repository. - Updated stratos version in stratos installer to 4.0.0-incubating since these will not be updated by the maven release plugin.
