I've further updated the draft stream report on the wiki to fix/correct the
following:
- new PMC members (Joey, Suneel) => new PPMC members
thanks to John Ament for noticing that typo!
- rephrased wording about the the 0.4-incubating release (again)
"52 Issues closed with new release candidate 0.4-incubating (IPMC vote in
progress)" =>
"52 Issues closed for upcoming release candidate 0.4-incubating"

Thanks Suneel,
I'm going to change back the last release entry though, which still is
0.3-incubating.
The 0.4-incubating release candidate still has to go through the IPMC, at least
for 72h, even while no additional binding +1 votes are needed.
Only when no blocking issues are raised by the IPMC can the 0.4-incubating
candidate be declared a official release.
Other than that, I think the report is fine.
I'll add some positive mentor feedback as well, and it might be nice if you
and/or Matt can do likewise.

Following up - I just ran the same numbers for October that we reported to

Streams
Apache Streams (incubating) unifies a diverse world of digital profiles and
online activities into common formats and vocabularies, and makes these
datasets accessible across a variety of databases, devices, and platforms
for
streaming, browsing, search, sharing, and analytics use-cases.
Streams has been incubating since 2012-11-20.
Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:
1. Community growth and PMC maturity.
2. Demonstrate a consistent release schedule.
3. Participation of project community within related standards-bodies and
Apache projects.
Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be aware
of?
The project is now on a monthly reporting schedule to monitor effective
progress in growing the community
and active participation.
