Ted, Thanks for the correction. I was confused about the bylaws I guess. (Should have went to them for clarity instead of going from the top of my head)
Of course the end result remains the same ;) Essentially if any of us care to see a struts-ajax integration then we need to get it started, and the apache repository is not going to be the place to do that.
